In this capacity you will be responsible for set-up time reductions, optimizing cutting times, tooling design, improving process flow, CNC Programming for mills and lathes, as well as continuous improvement projects. Experience must include 5 + years of CNC experience (Mill & Lathe), working knowledge of CAD and 3-D solid modeling (Solidworks), Lean Manufacturing techniques, Fanuc controls, and exotic materials.
