Growing OEM of HVAC components is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to support their high volume production machining area.

We are searching for candidates with a solid background in machine tool processing and tool design. This position requires a 4 year technical degree and 5 years of related experience or 10 years of on the job experience and direct experience on high volume machining equipment. Knowledge of a few of the following processes is required: CNC lathes, CNC mills, CNC machining, Dial Machine, Index Machines, Rotary Transfer, Swiss CNC lathes, single spindle screw machine, multi spindle screw machines and/or high volume machining production equipment.

This position will develop process layouts, document processes, design and procure cutting tools, document process / design changes, support machining area and provide machining solutions, troubleshoot machine tools, identify new technology and tooling improvements, train skilled machinists on new technology, manage projects to procure new equipment and improve tooling. Interested candidates should have solid tool design, knowledge of feeds, speeds and solid problem solving skills. Strong design skills and experience on Autocad, as well as, computer skills is also required.
