This high volume manufacturer is a supplier to the automotive and industrial markets, and is looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Plant Manager to join its organization. You will be directly responsible for its CNC department including P & L, Engineering, Production Scheduling, Maintenance, Supervisors and Purchasing. Equipment includes multiple horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, and secondary operations. You will be responsible for approximately 300 hourly employees in a 24/7 operation. Our client is seeking someone that can also help reduce set-up times, reduce tooling costs, be responsible for preventative maintenance programs, and help with all capital equipment projects. You must also have a proven track record for employee motivation, improving employee productivity, and meeting delivery dates. A degreed individual is preferred.
