Recruiting for Authorized Inspectors! Nuclear and Non-Nuclear positions available in: Central Kansas, San Francisco area in CA and Abilene, Texas area.
(Relocation -may- be available for certain positions.)

JOB FUNCTION:
The successful candidate will perform inspections of boilers and pressure vessels as required by the American Society of Mechanical Engineering Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME Code) Sections III and XI, including referenced construction codes and standards. May also be required to perform new construction, repair, alteration and jurisdiction inspections of boilers and pressure vessels, both on and off site.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Required: High School Diploma.
Desired: Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Mechanical discipline preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Required: Qualified as a National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Commissioned Inspector with "A" endorsement.
Desired: Qualified as a National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Commissioned Inspector with "A", "N" and "I" endorsements. Minimum 1 year ASME Section XI site experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Required: Working knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and related standards. Desired:Minimum 5 years experience in ASME Sections III and XI.

NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, ability to work without direct, day-to-day supervision. Desired: Basic PC skills such as word processing, Email, and operating systems skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

OTHER: Required: Must pass rigid background screening. Previous background screening with other employers
