Essential Functions
- Support sales managers to achieve orders/sales goals.
- Primary technical support for customers and sales force.
- Prepare customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Provide key account support.
- Launch and train sales force on new products.
- Provide technical assistance in product selection and quote preparation.
- Define and develop online selling and productivity tools.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibits.
- Identify and support sales, applications, service and communications on regional specific opportunities.
- Contribute to product management activities including market and competitive analysis, new product opportunities and specifications, target marketing and Voice of Customer for new product needs

Qualifications:
- Phased Array Imaging Specifics.
- Requires experience in Non-destructive Testing (ASNT Level II or III in Ultrasonics), along with practical application solving and testing in Flaw Detection.
- Primary requirement is in-depth knowledge and experience with real life phased array applications to provide a high level of sales support after the sales person has completed the initial customer demo and qualification.
- Phased array expert is the "Closer" that wins the deal because the customer is convinced we understand and have the solution.
General:
Technical Support Managers (TSM) are the primary point of contact to GE Inspection Technologies’ customers and sales force for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for each of company’s product lines. The TSM is knowledgeable of those product lines, their performance and applications, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal and external contracts to support the products.
