Large division of a major OEM is expanding their Wisconsin facility located on the Wisconsin border, near St. Paul, Minnesota.

We are looking for a degreed Manufacturing Engineer to support a high volume production machining department. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience tooling and processing production machining equipment. Knowledge of cutting tool design, fixturing, machine layouts, speeds and feeds, cnc programming and process improvements. Past experience working on projects is preferred. This position will work on projects to launch new components, justify capital equipment and implement continuous improvements. Experience implementing Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement techniques is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience with some of the follow production machine tools; CNC lathes, multi spindle CNC lathes, turning centers, dial machines, Index machines, rotary transfer machines, multi-spindle drilling units, multi spindle screw machines, flexible machining systems, multi station transfer lines and/or swiss CNC lathes. Candidates will not need to know the entire list of machine tools, however, should have a solid production machining work history. CNC programming is preferred but not required.

MSUT HAVE: a 4 year engineering degree and 5 years of production machine processing. Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques is a plus.
