QC Consulting & Management, LLC is a Pittsburgh, PA based firm offering Quality Control Management, Weld Consulting and Visual Weld Inspection services. The owner has over 25 years in the NDE/Visual weld inspection field and is very interactive with each project. This is a start-up company that has potential work in several areas of the United States. Currently, these areas include, but are not limited to Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania,Missouri and Iowa. The projects that we are targeting start as soon as the first week of July and will last from months to 2 years.
The Missouri Job (Kansas City) is two years AND THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT.

Skills:
These jobs are both shop and field and require the following abilities which have been mandated by the clients:
Current Certified Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI). 5 years of experience is prefered in both AWS and ASME code requirements.
Ability to manage a client's quality control system as a third party inspector.
Ability to pass a drug screen.
Ability to adhere to all safety requirements specific to the project.
Ability to climb. (scaffolding, ladders, aerial man baskets etc.
Ability to review and understand drawings.
Ability to attend project meetings and converse in a professional meeting.
Ability to generate clear and concise reports.
Ability to use a computer.
Ability to assemble a final report for the project.
Ability to work with all trades.
Ability to take direction.
Ability to be punctual and professional.
Ability to work long hours if required.
