This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the Quality Management System for XRI Testing. Position requires the individual to engage in day to day processes that directly affect the final outcome of the services being provided. This position is responsible for supporting key objectives, strategies, goals and driving performance excellence throughout all facilities. This position provides leadership and over site in the support of X-Ray Industries corporate guiding principles and strategic planning goals. This position requires travel as necessary.

• Supports leading technology as it relates to Quality and
Special Processes
• Drives the environment for continual improvement
• Drives the environment for Performance Excellence
• Monitors the quality program, using key indicators
developed to measure the Strategic Business Planning
• Suggests changes as necessary to the quality program
• Oversees all Quality efforts
• Drives quality improvement
• Supports and ensures strategic plans established at
Annual Strategic Business Planning sessions are on time
and successful.
• Ensures policies and procedures are being maintained
• Assures customer needs are met
• Conduct activities to ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100,
Nadcap, customer requirements, and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance that promotes good communication,
objective thinking, ethical behavior, and teamwork
• Promotes a company wide awareness of the quality
management function
• Submission of monthly report of the XRI Testing annual
strategic planning initiatives and the quality system
compliance to the Quality Manager
