DMI Industries is expanding to Tulsa, OK and are looking for some great Quality Inspectors to join our team.

This position will support Manufacturing/Production operations by ensuring that inspections/tests and documentation of results are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and that documented procedures are being adhered to.

• Test and inspect welds and welded assemblies as per documented procedures (UT,MT,PT,VT, Dimensional)
• Ensure Test and Inspection equipment is maintained and secured at all times.
• Conduct dimensional inspections of piece parts and assemblies as required.
• Conduct receiving inspection activities.
• Conduct blast, metalizing and paint inspections as per documented procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct Final Inspections as per documented procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare and distribute non-conformance reports as required.
• Complete quality records as required by documented procedures and work instructions.
• Report chronic quality problems to the QC Supervisor or Foreman.

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma.
• 5 years of welding experience with an emphasis in weld quality
• 5 years of Quality Control experience (Preferred)
• Posses and maintain a current drivers license with a motor vehicle record acceptable to management
• Familiarity with Standard Measuring Equipment. (Preferred)
• Level I UT, MT, PT VT. (Preferred)
