EZ Search has a client based in Stuart Florida which is seeking to hire a NDT Tech Level II on a Direct Basis for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
3 years + NDT Certified Level II experience... Aerospace experience required.
Must Be proficient in proper procedures to set up the equipment and performing non-destructive testing (NDT) by methods such as but not limited to radiographic testing and fluorescent penetrant testing.
Know the proper use, basic maintenance and calibration of X-ray equipment such as but not limited to manual overhead door, thermo luminesent dosimeter badge (TLD or film badge), dosimeter pencil, survey meter, chemical mixer, developer, fixer, film processor, test paper, film viewer, densitometer, X-ray tube and control panel.
Know the proper use, maintenance and calibration of fluorescent penetrant equipment such as but not limited to PSM-5 panels, dwell tank, dryer, inspection booth, spray gun and water hose
Know how to perform NDT tests according to procedures and specific criteria based upon current NAS410 certification.
Know how to perform basic NDT evaluations based upon specific criteria current NAS410 certification.
