Primary Responsibilities
•Duties will include operation of Real Time X-Ray machine and computer program of real time x-ray software.
•Reading and interpretation of images to approved Radiation Technique Sheets to determine conformance to specifications.
•Compile reports of inspections performed and notification of those results to appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
•File storage and maintenance of images stored.
•This position will also oversee the maintanence of the equipment and periodic inspections and calibrations necessary to meet regulations.

Required Qualifications
•Level 2 Certification in accordance with one of the following, MIL-STD-410, NAS 410, ANSI/ASNT-CP-189, or SNT-TC-1A
•In the absence of Level II certification, documented training records and experience hours will be required for evaluation (1,200 Hrs Experience & 80 Hrs Classroom Training).

Preferred Qualifications
•2-5 years experience in a Lean environment desired.
•Familiarity with ASTM E 1742 and or MIL-STD-453 specifications and practices disirable
•Experience with DoD contracts, materials, & specifications desireable but not required
