A growing publicly traded Tier One supplier has a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer. This is a high volume production machining facility. We are searching for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a automotive machining environment. Interested candidates should have past experience processing and tooling some of the following machine tools: CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, Dial / Index Machines, rotary transfer, line transfer, swiss CNC lathes, multiple spindled lathes, multiple spindled screw machines, chuckers, OD grinding, ID grinding or other production machining equipment.

Past experience developing processes and tooling packages is a must. Knowledge of APQP, FMEA and/or PPAP requirement is a huge plus. Candidates must also have experience using statistical process control techniques and use statistical information to direct continuous improvement projects. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma techniques is preferred.
