A large and growing multi-national client of ours is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its organization. Your responsibilities will include performing diversified duties pertaining to the management of day-to-day operations of a manufacturing work center. Specific responsibilities include supervision of hourly associates; monitoring compliance with corporate and department goals; providing guidance, direction, and technical advice to staff; training and developing staff; educating associates on safety awareness; resolving operational and staffing issues; analyzing and developing process improvement plans; and performing other similar duties to support the production activities of the department. A BS Degreed individual is preferred, but not required. This company is offering a strong salary and benefits package, and will consider relocation assistance for the right candidate.
