TIC - The Industrial Company, a top 50 heavy industrial construction company is looking for the right person to fill the position of Regional Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager in the South East Region. The Regional QA/QC Manager supports projects and departments (such as estimating or purchasing) in the implementation of TIC quality procedures; is the primary contact and oversees all QA/QC functions for all projects in the region and other regions as requested; is the liaison between Corporate and Regional offices for all QA/QC matters.
Skills:
In this position, we are interested in an individual who has most or all of the following qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in Industrial Construction QA/QC with a four-year engineering, science or technical college degree preferred.
Must have a broad working knowledge of all crafts and their associated special processes, inspection, and testing techniques.
Must have working knowledge of construction industry codes (ACI, AWS, ASME, NEC, etc.).
Certifications from AWS, ACI, ICBO, ASNT, NACE, etc. are helpful.
Must be a self-starter with organizational, managerial and leadership skills.
Must be willing to travel
