The candidate must have a minimum of ten (10) years of shipboard quality experience with five (5) years experience as a Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager. Must be currently certified as an NDT Level III Inspector for VT, PT & MT inspections. Must have extensive knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items, TS 9090-310, NAVSEA TP 248, 271 and Military Standards. Candidate must have experience developing test and inspection plans, audit plans, and corrective action plans. ISO 9001:2000 and Lean experience is preferred but not required. Special Qualifications: NDT Level III VT, PT MT certification, ISO 9001:2000 and Lean training, NBPI qualification. The position is located in Norfolk, VA. Full time.
