Solid company expanding their engineering department due to increased sales and engineering activities. Medium sized corporation looking for a Manufacturing Engineer.

We are looking for Manufacturing Engineering candidates with experience developing processes, tooling and cost estimates in a high volume automotive machining environment. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in production machining. Knowledge of production cnc machining or transfer machines and/or multi spindle screw machines is preferred. Past experience estimating cost, developing machining processes, cycletimes, designing cutting tools, fixtures and debugging machining processes is a must. Past experience launching new programs and documentation of APQP requirements is also a must. This position involves preparing PFMEA, control plans, work instructions and assists quality in preparing PPAP. Strong machine debugging and problem solving skills is also a must.

We are looking for candidates who can work under very little direction and has solid project management skills.

Experience documenting APQP requirements and experience in project management is also a must.
