We are currently looking for an ambitious Regional Compliance Manager to join our Dayton, Ohio team who is dedicated, energetic, outgoing and detail oriented.

Reporting to the President, the duties of the Regional Compliance Manager will include the following:
  • Health and Safety
  • Radiation Safety
  • Environmental Programs
Including:
    • Promote safety awareness and the safety culture
    • Training and development
    • Program development and delivery
    • Inspections and audits
    • Policies and process implementation and development
    • Compliance
    • Investigations
Skills:
Regional Compliance Manager Attributes and qualities desired:
  • Minimum 10 years experience
  • Level II NDT Technician
  • Experience in Radiation Safety Practices
  • Experience as an occupational safety leader or field safety auditor preferred but not required
  • Knowledge and experience with quality programs
  • Worker’s Compensation Claims Management Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong MS-Excel skills
  • Must have excellent time management, interpersonal computer and management skills
  • Highly organized and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing growing environment
  • Capable of corresponding and coordinating data from multiple sources
  • Detail oriented
  • Good work ethic
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime routinely
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background screening
