Certified Ultrasonic Welding Technician
The position is for ultrasonic testing of mainly structural welds with occasional pressure vessel work.

Skills:
Required are current certification to New Zealand’s CBIP UT2 level or equivalent * plus 5 years continuous experience.
*United Kingdom PCN, Australian Institute of Non Destructive Testing, qualifications, Lloyds and comparable
The position calls for the ability to work independently with initiative. The right person will be paid top money for the market, plus penal rates for overtime.
There is a preference for English as a first language with very strong welding terminology.
This is a permanent position in a major city, for someone who is here for the long term and aiming for the New Zealand lifestyle and Residency.
