We are looking for an NDT Engineering professional, to be a part of the team at the corporate headquarters in Houston.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
--Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
--7 plus years in nondestructive testing, with specialization in ultrasonics preferred.
--New product development experience.
--Extensive knowledge of PC’s, multi-tasking operating systems and software development.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
--Developing new procedures and assisting in the development of alternative acceptance requirements.
--Maintaining complex databases of inspection related information for worldwide operations.
--Producing inspection solutions on short notice to satisfy special customer requirements. (Frequent).
--Assisting in the development and implementation of new inspection technologies.
--Designing new inspection techniques for applications where no historical information is available.
--Responsible for the primary ultrasonic procedure development and configurations for all girth weld projects.
