Performs non destructive inspection of products, processes, equipment, and measurement systems using various NDI methods to include ET, PT, MT, UT and ( RT but not preferred) to support company quality requirements. Improves design, production, and process, test, or validation methods by utilizing computer-aided design tools and analysis. Supports design and product reviews. Interfaces with company employees, suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements. Collects, interprets, and evaluates the data relative to engineering or project requirements. Produces test and performance reports. Calibrates and maintains equipment used in the testing and analysis of products, raw materials, in-process materials, or other samples. Assists in determining root cause and supports recommendations for the implementation of corrective actions necessary to reduce or eliminate product or process nonconformance. Ensures configuration management of processes. Ensures configuration management of processes and other characteristics. Locations nationwide.

Must possess a minimum of 2 yrs experience performing NDT in the Aviation/Aerospace industry. Must have required training and skills to perform ET, UT, MT, PT (and RT a plus). Must possess Level I or Level II certs. US Citizenship or Residency required.
