This Aerospace manufacturing company needs a supervisor with
level III in PT and MT. Surface temper is a plus but not required.
Develop, implement and monitor quality strategies, plans, policies and procedures for the company resulting in continual improvement of Quality Management System while utilizing Total Quality Management (TQM) strategy, quality engineering tools and Six Sigma quality systems (DMAIC/DMADV) including but not limited to: Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FEMA), PFEMA (Process FEMA), and KAIZEN techniques, Technical knowledge of engineering along with manufacturing processes to analyze complex situations or problems and develop innovative solutions.
Quality adherence and implementation, NADCAP, SIOP compliance and prime contracts auditing, training and quality system improvements,
Produce and implement key preventive and corrective actions including, but is not limited to, reviewing and analyzing process data, identifying key weaknesses or process failures, creating plans to prevent or remedy nonconformities and ensure timely execution of agreed upon plans,
Apply statistical principles in support of quality control and failure investigations.
