Witness all work being done for the life extension and modernization of the St. Lawrence Power Dam. Verify all measurements and the instruments used are up to date on calibration. Verify personnel doing welding are properly qualified by document review. Assure work being done will meet the level of quality laid out in the NYPA quality Plan. The candidate needs an engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) and needs to have experience in working on hydroelectric power plants.
