Above Ground Storage Tanks

Job Description - Ideal candidate will be located near one of our major markets.

Center of Excellence is a focused approach that solves problems in a specific industry or inspection methodology by synthesizing Traditional and Advanced NDT techniques along with standardized procedures and reporting. Our "AST Center of Excellence" provides comprehensive tank testing programs adhering to API-653 in service and out of service inspections guidelines, and our customized non-intrusive tank inspection program that allows owners to determine the relative condition of their storage tanks without entering the asset.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to, the following:

„« Ensure consistency and uniformity throughout all Mistras labs conducting Tank inspection by utilizing standardized procedures, equipment, training and reporting tools.

„« Ensure all offices are creating uniform reports using TankReporter software

„« Assist in the development in the latest version of TankReporter Software.

„« Assisting in training and educating of all employees involved with Tank inspection.

„« Conduct job site visits to audit performance and quality of Tank Inspection Services.

„« Assist in the growth of tank inspection services to all labs

„« Assist in the growth of tank inspection services to all evergreen locations.

„« Attend industry specific conferences, i.e., NISTM, API , ILTA

„« Expand advanced services market in relation to tank inspection

„« Prepare sales quotes for tank inspection projects.

„« Audit final inspection reports

„« Project a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive behavior that encourages customer confidence and reflects the professional image desired by Mistras.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

„« Proficient with computers, Word, Excel, AutoCAD LT and Outlook

„« Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, telephone and follow-up skills

„« Demonstrate strong administrative skills with excellent judgment and problem resolution skills and ability.

„« Excellent verbal communications.

„« Successfully pass drug test and back ground check.

„« Computer Aided drawing experience is not required, however is desirable.

„« Experience with Above Ground Storage Tanks, Refineries and Marketing Terminals is desirable.

„« API 653 Certification

ABILITY TO:

„« Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships. Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

„« Travel throughout the US as needed
