POSITION: Level II RT

Fulltime- LII Radiographer need to perform profile radiography in a local petrochemical facility in the Philadelphia area. The schedule for this position is based on 8.5hr shifts 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Daily activities will include but are not limited to taking x-rays of insulated and un-insulated piping to determine wall thickness. Walking down isometric drawings to determine what is needed to perform the inspections in a safe manner. Grouping inspection locations and maintaining piping packages, filling out JSA/JHA prior to conducting work, obtaining proper work permits from the clients prior to all inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have their IRRSP Card and have a minimum of two years experience working in petrochemical facilities. A minimum of two years of radiography experience is also required. Candidates must have good technical and organizational skills, good communication skills, writing skills and reporting skills. Candidates must be able work well with others as they will be working within a team environment. Candidates will be subjected to a MAF and TWIC background check, DISA drug screening and must have a valid driver’s license. Candidates must certify with Mistras Group, Inc. and will be expected to pass our General, Specific and Practical examinations which are based on ASNT Practice No. SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189-2006. Candidates will also be subjected to a wide variety of safety training and must pass all safety related examination. Additional recommended certifications include MT, PT and UTT but are not required to start. Mistras Group, Inc. will provide training and certifications for those candidates without the recommended certifications.

Starting Annual Salary will range from $52,000.00 to $62,400.00 depending on the candidates certifications. This is an hourly position where over time will be available from time to time. We also have an incentive plan in place for this particular project which will allow the crew to receive additional compensation based on performance, quality and production.
