A well established global company, who leads the market in highly specialized Non Destructive Testing and Inspection Services, has an immediate need for a Tank Inspection Crew Supervisor in the Tank Integrity Management Department. This position requires reporting directly to our Houston, TX office.
• Perform API 653 Internal and External Inspections for clients throughout the U.S.
• Supervise and provide oversight for a field crew including an MFL and UT technicians to ensure compliance with technical procedures.
• Interact with on-site client personnel at field locations.
• Perform duties as an on-site safety liaison. Lead safety meetings, perform safety audits, and ensure compliance with other Corporate HSE Policy and Procedures.
• Report any deficiencies in internal control systems, operational and service level nonconformances, or contract non-compliance, using defined reporting procedures
• Ensure safe custody and proper maintenance of equipment
• Ensure first class delivery and execution of all work tasks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulated, Corporate Policy and Procedures and client policies and practices.

Skills:
Requirements
• Current API 653 Certification
• A minimum of 3 years experience in performing internal and external tank inspection
• Analytical capabilities for customer needs assessment and solutions identification
• Willing to travel
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Other Skills/Abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• API 570 Certification a plus
• Experience in NDT methods UT, PT, MT and MFL preferred.
