Large investment casting manufacturer supporting the aerospace, power, and automotive industries.
Perform RT inspections on aerospace investment cast parts to NSA-410. Will interpret x-ray films to determine conformance of the parts to established standards.Will work on Boeing, GE, Pratt, Rolls Royce, etc. parts.
Review techniques and resulting x-ray for jobs to assure that they provide proper coverage and that they conform to customer requirements; request changes and new exposures when deemed necessary.
Enter results of x-ray reviews and interpretations on departmental records. Provide all other required records and production reporting following established procedures.

Level II RT Certification
Knowledge of NAS-410 codes and procedures
Casting experience
80 Hours of RT Classroom Training
Documentation to support performing1600 hours of RT inspections
2 to 5 years performing RT per NAS-410
