Quality Inspector
$22-25/hour
SE Houston, TX

Responsibilities include:
Perform dimensional, visual, and quantitative inspections of incoming material
and factory work-inprocess
Prepare and publish Hold Tickets, Non-Conformance Reports, Corrective Action
Requests
Reject defective parts and follow company procedures for documenting non-
conformance.
Perform other duties as required by the job.

Ideal Experience/Qualifications:

. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in machine-
shop environment
. Capable of using MS Office applications to generate documents
. Capable of interacting with ERP system and inspection software to document
inspection activities
. Experience in NDE (LP, MP) REQUIRED
. Experience with calibration of inspection tools and gauges.
. Must be able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
. Experience with GD&T
. Experience using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring devices.
. Experience using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), experience operating
Hexagon CMM is preferred.
. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred.
. Inspection experience both casting and machine parts preferred
