Non-Destructive Testing Inspectors
The Fuel Systems and Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Divisions of Parker Hannifin
Corporation have openings for Level II and Level III Non-Destructive Testing
(NDT) Inspectors at the following locations:
Clyde, NY
Mt. Holly, SC
Naples, FL

Candidates must actively hold a minimum of Level II certification(s) in
Radiography and Penetrant Inspection with experience related to aerospace
alloys, welds, casting and brazed joints. Responsibilities depend on the level of
the new hire and may include, but are not limited to:

Inspection of complex parts using a wide variety of measuring and test
equipment. Adapt and develop complex inspection set-ups to check samples
parts, forgings and castings. Perform calibration on complex multi-function
electronic measuring and test equipment. Perform daily, weekly and monthly
equipment and material checks.
Produce written documents for radiographic and FPI systems and apply
knowledge of basic radiographic and FPI principles.
Interpret product and process drawings or review interpretations as
appropriate.
Understand and apply customer (ASNT, ASTM & NADCAP) requirements.
Level III may review, approve, and sign new radiographic techniques for both
internal and supplier techniques. Provide leadership to Level I and Level II NDT
personnel and train others for certification and re-certification exams. Review
and interpret regulatory requirements on radiation safety and train others.
Perform system audits and participate in NDT Audits by NADCAP and
customers. Review all processing involving NDT sequences.

Qualifications
Two to four years inspection or oversight experience with the ability to perform
described responsibilities.
Experience with digital radiography and other radiographic and FPI techniques.
Thorough knowledge of NDT systems and maintain all calibration records and
techniques.
Knowledge and understanding of lean processes and techniques.
Works well in a team environment.
Ability to work overtime hours on a regularly.
Ability to to make decisions based on written procedures and acceptance
criteria.
