Roll Forming Corporation is a leading world-class manufacturer of custom roll formed metal products supplying the aerospace, office furniture, automotive, agricultural/construction, and customized parts industry. RFC is a subsidiary of Austria’s largest steel and steel products producer, Voest-Alpine Stahl AG.

RFC located in Shelbyville, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Certified NDT Level III Quality Engineer and an experienced NDT Level II Technician for our Aerospace Division.

The ideal candidates possess ASNT NDT certifications for UT, RT and PT. Experience in the Aerospace industry using NDT methods to test welded products, materials and assemblies to assure conformance with applicable customer specifications and requirements.

Skills:
For NDT Level III:
- Two years of engineering or science study at a technical school or university; Two years of NDT Level II experience or current certification; or minimum of three years accredited engineering or science studies with one year of NDT Level II experience; or high school graduate with four years of NDT Level II experience.
- Certification to NAS 410 for PT (liquid penetrant), UT (ultrasonic) and RT (radiography).

Preferred candidates will have:
- Experience as NDT Level III for UT, RT and PT.
- A current ASNT NDT Level III certifications for UT, RT, and PT is preferred.

For 2nd Shift NDT Level II Technician:
- HS Degree and/or equivalent
- 4 years Level II experience or equivalent in education (with at least 2 year NDT experience)
- Certification to NAS 410 for PT (liquid penetrant), UT (ultrasonic) and RT (radiography).
-Documented classroom and hands-on training in UT, RT, and PT NDT methods.

Preferred candidates will also have:
- AWS Certified Weld Inspector
- A current ASNT NDT Level II certification for UT, RT, and PT.
- Experience performing NDT inspections on aerospace components
