OBJECTIVE: A position as an entry level NDT / Welding Inspector

QUALIFICATIONS:

WELDING PROCESSES:
750 hours of training in welding, to include, shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, fluxcored arc welding, and gas tungsten arc welding of pipe and structural steel.

NONDESTRUCTIVE
TESTING PROCESSES:
60 hours training in eddy current. 60 hours training in ultrasonic testing. 60 hours training in radiation safety and film interpretation of radiographs. 60 hours training in magnetic particle testing. 60 hours training in liquid penetrant testing including safety and environmental considerations. 60 hours training in visual and leak testing. All training in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A.

QUALITY ASSURANCE &
QUALITY CONTROL:
15 hours training in math and symbols used for weld inspection processes. 60 hours training in the application of codes and specifications. 60 hours training in basic metallurgy and destructive testing. 60 hours training in analysis of drawings and fabrication processes. 60 hours training in communications, records keeping, and reporting. 60 hours training in quality management techniques.
