Supervised NDT Inspectors during refinery and chemical plant turnarounds. Performed NDT Level III functions such as training, testing, and certification.
Certified Level III in UT, RT, MT, PT by Longview Inspection.

1996-1998 NDT Consultant, Hellier Associates
NDT Consultant on a large refinery up-grade project in Saudi Arabia. As a member of the Project Management Team, I monitored the performance of the six NDT subcontracting companies working on the project for compliance to Saudi Aramco procedures.

Provide NDT Level III services such as training, supervision, and vendor surveillance for various companies such as Petrochemical International, Liberty Technical Services, MacDonald Douglas, and others.
