Tool Maker / Machinist – tool & die, fastener, cold heading, cold forming
Located in Georgia, a very busy southern manufacturer is expanding their facility for the third time. This is a very stable and growing company who has never laid off their valued employees. The company just broke sales records and is launching several million dollars of new business. Their area has great school systems and a state sponsored scholarship program.
Our client is continuing to purchase new cold heading, secondary machining and tool room equipment. They produce custom and standard fasteners. Our client just broke ground on a plant addition to gain floor space for new business. As they increase market share, this company has many long term employees who relocated from throughout the country. Our client will provide a relocation package and paid travel to the interview. They have good benefits, air conditioned facility and a growing company offering possible career advancement.
We are searching for highly skilled tool & die machinists with cold heading, fastener tool making experience. Interested candidates will need 3 plus years making multi or single die tooling for cold forming equipment. Knowledge of tool room mills, lathes and grinding equipment is a must. Experience on manual or wire edm equipment is a plus. Strong shop math and blue print reading is a must.
Our client is also looking for experienced header operators with either multi or single die cold forming experience.
MUST HAVE: 3 years of experience producing tool & dies for cold heading / cold forming machine tools.
