CNC Machinist – cnc lathe, set up, edit, program, OEM
A growing Cleveland area based OEM is expanding due to increased sales. They have hired several new associates in all departments. Our client has developed several new product lines. They have good benefits and 401K with company match. We are searching for a highly skilled machinist with experience on CNC lathes. Some of their equipment has multiple spindles. Knowledge of set up and the ability to program manually at the machinist is needed. The position involves programming all new components, editing programs, improving programs and setting up all new jobs. Strong problem solving skills, knowledge of feeds, speeds, cutting tools and CNC turning is needed. Most of their equipment has Fanuc controls. Skills:
MUST HAVE: CNC turning / lathe experience. Experience setting up, editing and manually programming at the machine. Knowledge of G codes is needed. Past experience on twin spindle or multiple spindle CNC lathe is preferred. Fanuc controls experience is a plus.
