Full Time Quality Assurance Reports Clerk

Under general supervision by the Office Manager, NDE and QC management,
facilitates and documents records of all Testing reports with in our company.

*Employees in this position will assist in all aspects of administrative support
and record keeping duties for the various departments and ensuring all NDE
data bases are kept current;
*Train new employees on utilizing field data base, (Dispatch program),& Reports
data processing, ensure all lap tops are current with all reports, and are working
properly.

*Prepares Accurate and Timely, Lab and Field NDE reports for all customers as
they are completed by the technicians.
* Ensure all reports, are accurately reviewed and typed, then provided to our
Level IIIs on staff for QC/ A2LA approval.
*Communicate with (or to) individuals, Managers, or groups verbally and/or in
writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
*Prepares, reviews, and analyzes approx 1000+ reports per month.
*This position requires, to work a Full Time weekly schedule, must be able to
work under pressure, with little supervision, and be a self starter/ motivator,
very detail oriented, Quick Learner, and highly organized.

College level course work or vocational training in Administration, NDE , QC, or
closely related field;
Supplemented by Five (5) years previous experience and/or training involving
the NDE clerical related responsibilities.
Provides administrative support.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be
considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is required.
As well as: utilize office machines, such as copier, multi line phones, scanning
process, Computers, company specific data programs, Lap tops, and more.
