Focus NDT has two exciting opportunities for General Managers in both Ontario (Sudbury) and Saskatchewan. Reporting to the President, the General Managers play a key role in ensuring that Focus NDT continues to deliver exceptional service to our valuable clients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Phased Array UT (PAUT) and TOFD examinations at customer locations on as required basis
- Supervise NDT Technicians/Assistants during projects
- Customer liaison and company representative
- Preparation of reports, proposals and presentations for clients
- Training and mentoring to technicians
- Assist with proposal development
- Recruitment and retention of staff and clients
- Ensure company policies are adhered to

Required Qualifications:
- CGSB UT Level II and PAUT certifications in good standing ( TOFD also preferred)
- A minimum of 5 year experience in oil and gas, power generation, mining or transportation fields
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- The ability to adhere to deadlines and time commitments
- A proven history of excellent attendance and work ethic
- A proven history of leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Proficient in English, with the ability to read and write the English language
- Bondable and able to travel internationally
