POSITION SUMMARY
Plan, develop, and implement a process based management
system that is designed to enhance the overall effectiveness
and efficiency of the operation. The program will be based
upon the needs of the operation, sound quality concepts, and
incorporate the principles of Oceaneering Continuous Quality
Improvement process while meeting Customer quality assurance
requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•Provide process management and CQI support all Asset
Integrity methods.

•Develop and implement effective process based management
systems that are designed to meet customer and company
requirements.

•Ensure the CQI process can serve as a resource to project
management by providing results which add value to the
customer's perception of the products/services offered by
OII.

•Improve operations productivity, reduce operations or
product/service costs, or decrease operations risks.

•Ensure QA process is integrated with the Continuous Quality
Improvement Process.

•Develop and implement a process based management system
that meets the needs of the operating groups by using
Leading High Performance Teams concepts.

•Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of
existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

•Support and manage the ISO 9001: 2008 certified operations.

•Provide accurate and complete documentation related to
products built or services performed.

•Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of quality control,
inspection, testing, product or service qualification, and
quality assurance requirements.

•Effectively work with customer representatives, ensuring
requirements are met and assessing the customers’ perception
of company performance.

•Communicate to the suppliers the company's quality
assurance and quality control requirements.

•Work with suppliers to improve delivery, reduce costs, and
reduce risk through Continuous Quality Improvement.

•Ensure the Continuous Quality Improvement and associated
concepts are integrated into the servicing and manufacturing
process.

•Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to
line managers.

•Develop CQI performance metrics and use this metrics to
measure performance on a regular basis.

•Maintain a working knowledge of quality related standards
and activities, and maintain a working knowledge of
Continuous Quality Improvement concepts.

•Lead and monitor teams for specific projects which are
intended to improve efficiency or solve an operational
problem.

•Conduct internal quality and HSE audits to ensure processes
are implemented as intended.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s
Degree in related field is preferred.

Experience: Two to four years related experience

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in using Microsoft
Office Applications.
