Skills:
Full-time API Inspector, out of the Houston, Texas office,
as well as a Permanent Resident API Inspector based out of
Terra Haute, Indiana. The API Inspector will be responsible
for providing technical knowledge, direction and guidance
for facilities and pipeline integrity projects.

Technical Capabilities Required
•Minimum of 2 years inspection experience working with API
510, API 570, API 653, ASNT Levels would be considered an
asset as would CWB Level II;
•Familiar with ASME and NBIC codes, API, ISO and NACE
standards and recommend practices;
•2 or more years of professional experience in refinery’s,
chemical plants, gas plants or upstream oil and gas, or
related industry

Key Responsibilities
•Provide technical input and guidance in the inspection,
repair, rerate, and alteration of static and dynamic
pressure retraining equipment at client facilities.
•Asses the availability and suitability of the filler
materials and the extent of the repairs made;
•Perform pipe-line up check ensuring that all installed
pipe/fittings are to the correct specifications and that the
materials are in accordance with the specified Material
Traceability requirements;
•Carry out visual inspections;
•Ensure that all welding, hardness testing and non-
destructive testings are in compliance with the relevant
codes and specifications.
