Skills:
Accountable for financial, HSE, operational execution,
equipment inventory. Plans, directs, and coordinates
activities of assigned projects to ensure that project goals
and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule
and budgetary constraints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.

•Reviews project proposal and/or project execution plan to
determine budget constraints, documentation requirements,
staffing requirements and/or allotment of available
resources to various phases of project.

•Establishes and maintains the work plan/project schedule.

•Confers with project staff to outline project execution
plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of
authority.

•Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to
ensure that project schedule and budget are maintained.

•Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and
modifies schedules or plans as required.

•Prepares scheduled status/job cost reports for management,
clients, or others.

•Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice
and to resolve problems.

BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Inspection experience preferred. Need excellent planning,
organizational and time management skills with attention to
detail and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
necessary to effectively communicate with others in a
professional manner. Proven ability to work effectively
alone and in small teams. Prior offshore, oilfield
inspection and/or non-destructive testing (NDT) experience
helpful. Must have flexibility to multi-task and work in a
fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
under minimal supervision. Also requires flexibility
regarding overtime and out-of-town or overseas travel when
needed. Ability to spend extended periods of time offshore
on platforms and vessels.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is indoors/outdoors during the day and
occasionally at night. The employee will occasionally work
in confined spaces and work constantly on a stable work
surface. Employee must be willing and able to meet any HSE
requirements that may be required by Oceaneering or any
specified client to enter and perform their job duties in
the designated work area.
