Responsibilities:

• Always conduct business with professionalism and honesty.
• Fill pipeline with qualifying accounts; identify via cold calling, networking, business journals, trade shows, philanthropic volunteering, and customer functions.
• Exceed team and individual Performance Indicators as set by management.
• Demonstrate a high-level of understanding of NDT Inspection modalities.
• Schedule calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing customers and prospects.
• Increase revenue in existing accounts working closely with operations and technicians.
• Consult with customers and prospects to understand their particular challenges and solution-sell our key services.
• Plan, monitor, and achieve individual sales targets.
• Develop, update, maintain, and communicate working prospects, "hot" prospects and quote status on a regular basis.
• Effectively use CRM (customer relationship software); Ensure that all customer/prospect interaction activities are properly logged and updated daily.
• Carry out negotiations with customers/prospects regarding proposals and agree on all operational requirements (price, contract, payment terms and services).
• Propose and sell marketing initiatives to new and existing customers; targets as defined by management.
• Work closely with management, operations, and third parties (where necessary), to provide the most efficient and cost effective solutions possible to valued customers/prospects.
Skills:
Requirements:

• Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
• Previous NDT sales and account management with proven results, API certification preferred – 510, 570, and 653.
• Will consider experienced NDT technician with aspirations to transition into sales.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales measured quarterly, increases in one or more of the following key performance indicators:
 Sales volume.
 Market share.
 Overall profitability.
• Prior experience negotiating multi-year agreements, and contract renewals.
• Demonstrated success managing and increasing revenue in current key customer relationships, at multiple levels.
• Previous experience with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
