About the Job
Hadd-Co Inspection Lab is nationally regarded in the Non Destructive Testing industry for Magnetic Particle and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection. Hadd-Co is seeking an experienced Level II MT, PT inspector (willing to become a Level III) and/or qualified working Level III MT, PT inspector for the Torrance, CA location. This position entails leadership support of the MPI and LPI processes.
The Level II and III functional key roles include:
- Interpretation and application of specifications and requirements based on knowledge of codes, industry standards, and other customer contractual documents to facilitate control of the NDT test and inspection methods.
- Direct involvement with product inspection and testing, evaluation and disposition of results, equipment calibration, training, and compliance to the established standards.
- Support maintaining NADCAP accreditation and other quality and performance audits
- Participation in training of Level I and Level II production and supervisory personnel (LEVEL III ONLY)
- Participate in implementation of new equipment and technologies to advance company in NDT
- Maintain effective communications within the company.
Potential candidates will be required to present the following documentation:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Proof of classroom hours
-Proof of OJT hours or previous level II certs
