We are currently seeking a CWI | Night Shift Supervisor | Manufacturing Plant Manager for our client's facility in Abilene, TX.

In this position, you will be supervising activities of the production workers, assisting the administration manager and performing a variety of other supervision duties, with the emphasis on Safety and Supervising, to include but not limited to the following:

- Prioritizing activities in each work center to ensure productivity and making sure targets are met everyday.
- Assign job duties
- Coordinate flow of product in most efficient sequence
- Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist employees in solving work problems.


- Ensure all equipment is maintained to support production targets
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of work.
- Lead, guide, and train employees on policies, procedures, safety related matters, and company objectives.
- Responsible for lal aspects of training production employees on the night shifts
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
