We are currently seeking candidates for a Night Shift Supervisory position with our clients Towers facility in Abilene, TX.
Our client is one of the first producers of 100 meter wind towers in the U.S., and is currently one of the largest producers of towers in North America.
The right candidate for this position will have at least 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Plant Management.
You must also have hands-on experience achieving safety, quality and production/productivity targets.
(CWI Preferred),
In this position, you will supervise and coordinate activities of production workers, assists administration managers, and performs a variety of other supervision duties, with emphasis on Safety and Supervising.
