Desert NDT, a nondestructive testing business for over 30 years, is looking for an Integrity Data Technician in Houston, TX.

The Integrity Data Technician is responsible for performing support tasks for the Integrity Management team. These duties would include developing and maintaining AutoCAD P&ID and Mechanical Integrity ISO drawings. Entering and checking Quality Assurance/Quality Control on pipe thickness data enter into UltraPIPE and other software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creates, maintains and updates existing CAD P&ID, MI ISO drawings
2. Performs Quality Assurance/Quality Control on all UltraPIPE, PS AIM or PCMS software data input
3. Provides Mechanical Integrity data to engineering and commercial for their use in determining system modifications and expansions
4. Supports the onsite in the formalization and reporting of collected Integrity
5. Other duties as assigned
Skills:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1. Proven in-depth technical expertise in UltaPIPE, PS AIM and PCMS software
2. Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
3. Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results
4. Strong follow-up skills, ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customers needs as needed
5. Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
6. Strong organizational skills, ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment
7. Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors
8. Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions
9. Experience in oil and gas field environment preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS
1. Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, crawling, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing, visual acuity, accommodation and color vision
2. Moving, carrying and lifting objects in excess of 30 pounds
3. Be able to step up into vehicles or onto equipment
4. Working extended hours and standing for extended periods of time

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. High School Diploma
2. Minimum 2 years of experience with UltraPIPE, PS AIM, and PCMS software
