ACTT’s leadership has many years of experience in the implementation of all applicable code requirements. Our expertise also includes the ability to analyze refinery and chemical plant processes in regards to equipment reliability, environmental hazards and corrosion detection.
Job Objective:

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Sales Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with refinery administration
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on refinery administration, direct mail, e-mail, and networking.
• Secure referrals and set appointments to present our services to customers and potential customers.
• Sells consecutively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions our company can offer for their issues.
• Delivers excellent customer service to existing clients and prospective clients.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, demonstrations, closed sales, and follow up activities within their assigned territory.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Works with regional operation managers to identify new sales channels and customers.
• Provides feedback to management regarding observations in the field.
• Ability to manage duties under tight deadlines to achieve results
• Demonstrate a high-level of understanding of NDT Inspection modalities.
• Increase revenue in existing accounts working closely with operations and technicians.
• Effectively use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to insure that all customer / prospect interaction activities are properly logged and updated daily.

Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience that is directly related to industrial sales, preferably Oil and Gas (experience in NDT a plus)
• Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
