A growing and progressive manufacturer of orthopedic implants, instruments, devices and surgical instruments is searching for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact between the customer and all manufacturing departments. This position involves working with customers on new orders, existing orders, repeat orders, change orders, receives purchase orders and enters sales orders into the ERP system. The Program Manager initiates contract reviews, prepares customer requests for quotes, schedules cross functional team meetings and communicates customer requirements internally. This position requires some customer visits, addresses customer questions, channels customer complaints to appropriate quality associates and receives all customer documents, ensuring documents are distributed to proper personnel. The Program Manager updates customers on existing / shipped orders, organizes logistics for customers provided packaging, materials, gauges and components. Past experience planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to ensure the successful completion of project goals and customer requirements is needed. This position will manage customer forecasting, works with custom web portals and maintains customer vendor management inventory (VIM) programs. Past experience managing projects used on MS Office products software, planning, scheduling and leading cross functional teams is a must. Strong communication and relationship building skills are required. Candidates who come from a sales, marketing, customer service, product management and/or project management fields is needed. Some experience using MRP/ERP software is preferred. The ideal candidate will have college education and some experience working in a ISO-13485 or FDA environment. We will consider other industries with strong program and project management experience. Knowledge of medical devices implants and the ability to read blueprints is a plus.

MUST HAVE: program management, project management, product management and/or a customer related sales/ customer service professional background. Experience lading projects or managing new product launches is needed. The ideal candidate will have a college education and medical device experience. Knowledge of orthopedics, implants, surgical instruments, FDA or ISO_13485 is preferred. We will consider program management in aerospace, automotive, military, department of defense (DOD) or other industries.
