Encompass Inspections is seeking a highly motivated self
starter to join our growing team. We are looking for a
dynamic person for the Area Manager position for our Chicago
area office. This position will manage day to day local
operations and projects for this office. The area manager
will be expected to perform daily utility locating tasks as
well as supervision and training to all assigned employees
and quality assurance on all projects.
Also, this individual will perform business development and
marketing for ground penetrating radar, utility locate
services, and other Encompass Inspections services. This
position requires strong communication skills and
individuals who are able to work in unsupervised situations
with ability to problem solve. The area manager will work
with the regional manager to achieve departmental goals. The
ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, 1+ year
of utility locating, ground penetrating radar or related
experience, a valid driver’s license and the ability to
travel.
