The Inspection Supervisor’s role is to support the QA department Manager in developing, implementing and measuring manufacturing site quality programs & process improvement goals and continous improvement as set out in ISO 9001. Individual will manage the NDT Departments and personnel and assist in the maintainenace of company quality systems.

Min 5 yrs. experience in the field of industrial Quality and/or NDT Supervision in a manufacturing setting preferred. Level 2 required in at least 2 methods of the following five: Visual, MPE, LPE, RE and UE. Prefer current Level 3 NDT qualifications; if not currently Level 3, the ability to obtain those qualifications in a timely manner is required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Able to interpret ASME, ASTM, Military codes and Customer Specifications and drawings. Have excellent communication skills (oral and written) with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
