Nondestructive Examination Level III in the following methods: Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Radiography and Ultrasoncis. Quality Control Level III in multiple disciplinex (ANSI N45.2.6). Extensive Nuclear Industry experience required. QC/NDE Level III is a management level position responsible for training, qualification and certification of NDE/QC personnel. Interface directly with Customers regarding NDE/QC processes and personnel requirements.
Training and Technical/Functional Supervision of QC/NDE Level I and II personnel
Qualification and Certification of QC/NDE Level I, II and other Level III personnel
Preparation, review and approval of internal QC/NDE Procedures
Review and approval of subcontractor NDE Procedures and Personnel Qualifications
Manage and implementation of QA Program for augmented NDE/QC Personnel
QC and NDE Processes used in the Power Industry with emphysis on the nuclear power plants
Quality Control Inspection and Testing Methods and Techniques
Nuclear and Fossil Power Industry knowledge - ASME Codes
Welding Processes
Nuclear and Fossil Power Plants
High School Grad required - College Degree preferred
Minimum 10 years NDE Experience
NDE Level III - ASNT & QC Level III - ANSI N45.2.6

Extensive nuclear expereince
Level III MT, PT VT 1 2 3, Visual Welding and Mechanical. Additional knowledge of ANSI N45.2.6 capabilities in Electrical and I&C are also a plus.
