SMR SERVICES GROUP is currently accepting applications for Level II Technicians to provide field and/or shop work in the following Non-destructive Testing techniques:

(RT) Radiographic
(MT) Magnetic Particle
(PT) Dye Penetrant
(UTT) Ultrasonic (thickness)

These are full time direct hire opportunities.
Locations for these opportunities are located in Minnesota and in the Michigan areas.

Many other opportunities also exist for NDT Lab Supervisor in the Milwaukee, WI area as well.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions
• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling,talking, hearing, visual acuity, accommodation and color vision
• Moving, carrying, lifting, objects in excess of 50 lbs
• Climbing and working off of ladders, stairs, and scaffolding
• Working extended hours and standing for extended periods of time
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments in conditions of extreme heat and cold
• Work in and near industrial hazards.

Skills:
Education, Experience, Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have required ASNT classroom training
• Certified or Certifiable Level II in RT, MT, PT, and UT
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
• Knowledge of Field NDT equipment
• Current Drivers license
• Ability to pass background check
• Be able to pass pre-employment, random, and post accident drug and alcohol testing
