and the latest in machine tool technology.

We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to support
their multiple spindle automatic screw machines.
Interested candidates should have direct experience on
some of the following screw machines: Acme, Davenport,
Tornos Deco, New Britain, Index, Gildemeister, Schutte,
ZPS, Euroturn, Wickman and other brands. The
Manufacturing Engineer will process new products,
troubleshoot and support shop floor operations.
Experience designing form, shave, drilling, cut off, and
custom special cutting tools is needed. The Manufacturing
Engineer is responsible for developing lay outs, tooling
packages and set up instructions. Past experience
specifying cams, gears, collets, machine attachments,
thread rolls, and cutting tools is needed. Candidates
will need experience designing tooling and formal process
layouts on cad software. Experience troubleshooting and
debugging mechanical, tooling and machining issues is
preferred. CNC programming of CNC slides is also
preferred. Knowledge of CNC turning or rotary transfer
machines in addition to the automatic screw machines is a
plus.

MUST HAVE: direct experience tooling, processing and
laying out multi-spindle / multiple spindle automatic
screw machines. Degreed candidates are preferred,
however, not required. The Manufacturing Engineer will
need experience designing and specifying special cutting
tools. Experience processing both cam driven and CNC
controlled screw machines is a plus.
